From March 20 to 24, Argentina will host the largest meeting of human rights activists in the world: the FMDH23, a space for debate and cooperation to promote the struggles for more justice and equality throughout the planet.
More than 30 organizations worked in the Disability and Human Rights commission of the FMDH23
The International Center for the Promotion of Human Rights (CIPDH-UNESCO) guaranteed that among the selection of postulated thematic commissions, one dedicated to the axis of Disability and Human Rights would be established.
Aspects of the last organizational stage of the FMDH23 were defined at the meeting of the National Organizing Committee
With the presence of almost a hundred government agencies and civil society that make it up, on Wednesday, March 1, the last meeting of the National Organizing Committee (NOC) of the III World Forum on Human Rights was held at the Kirchner Cultural Center.
The “Road to the III World Forum on Human Rights, with an Indigenous Perspective and Participation” was carried out.
On February 27 and 28, at the facilities of the Faculty of Philosophy of the National University of Córdoba, more than 30 leaders of indigenous peoples and a hundred people belonging to communities from different provinces met with the purpose of agreeing on proposals for present at the FMDH23.

The World Forum on Human Rights 2023 is a public space for debate on Human Rights in the world, the main progresses and challenges focused on respect for differences, social participation, reduction of inequalities, promotion of equity and social inclusion.
The Forum will address the main topics of the human rights agenda: Memory, Truth and Justice, Human Mobility, Climate Change, Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism, Digital Rights are some of them.
The promotion and protection of human rights cuts across all public policies and includes the main concerns of the Argentine society.
